量身定做专业课程规划
■分析学员目标国家、学习目的（职业发展或个人爱好或留学）、专业英语口语需求方向；
■确定教学方向、教学目的、课程设置、课程之间的关系、教学的先后顺序、如何交叉。
设计阶段
